How to Format Write Protected Memory Card or Universal Serial Bus (USB)
Hey my friends in this article i'm going to show you how you can format a write protected usb or a memory card. Most of us our friends facing the issue of Write Protected disk when they plug in their USB or a memory card. When they plugged in a pop up window come and show "The Disk is Write Protected". Many friends thought that our usb or a memory is corrupted or not for use now. But this is a myth it has a solution that i will tell you people in this amazing article.

Switch Off Lock of USB
The first method is simple when you enable lock to your usb it become locked and now it is Write protected so you have to switch off the usb lock and you are done. Now you can plug your usb in your pc and format is easily.

Sometimes your usb become write protected due to some virus attack in this condition you have to scan your usb with a good antivirus so that it can detect the virus and remove it so that your usb can come into the normal state from write protected state.

Using CMD Remove Write Protected
You can remove write protected issue from your usb by using cmd. To do this you have to follow some steps.
- Press Windows Button+R to open Run
 - Type cmd and hit Enter
 - Type the commands one by one
 
diskpart
list disk
select disk #
attributes disk clear readonly
After typing these command let cmd to remove write protection from your usb.
Change Write Protected Usb to Normal
Sometime you mistakenly change the usb state to Read Only by this you can not write anything in your usb. To remove read only from your usb you have to follow steps...
- Put your USB or memory in your pc/Laptop Slot
 - Goto the windows explorer and select the usb drive that is write protected
 - Right click on it and go to the properties
 - Here you have to find General Tab Uncheck the Read Only and click on Apply and Ok to finish the write protected issue
